Easy and quick
Wasted a lot of my time, too many hand-offs, poor internal communication or deliberate effort to misrepresent, in the end I felt more frustrated and beat than satisfied with little confidence in the transaction.
tiffany was very good to work with. i am very remotely located at the jobsite that i am at and the communication can be very difficult, she was very nice about repeating herself and getting the message accross.i would say it was a very good experience. Thank You

Very easy to work with
I didn't get my initial refinance request, and the streamline was different than discussed. Not a happy camper, but Mr. Guerrero didn't have anything to do with my initial refi. attempt to my knowledge. The streamline is appreciated nonetheless.
