Penny Mac gave us an exceptional rate on a remortgage and we basically broke even on closing costs when the previous mortgage escrow balance was released to us
Our closing went very easy. We did even have to leave the house.
Everyone at PennyMac was very helpful. The only thing that disappointed me was the closing cost. I don't remember that being discussed & the attorney that came to the house did not engage in conversation much.
