Professionalism, speed, and friendly
Anfernee Lee emails were confusing. She asked for duplicate documents that were already submitted. Making the client frustrated!
Kami was great, but there were various mistakes made by other PennyMac people that caused delays that caused 6 months for closing. Boston National Title we’re a bun of idiots. I as a veterinarian had to take over daily monitoring to correct their mistakes. That’s why I will never recommend PennyMac. I’m just glad the process is over.
Maxwell was very instrumental and easy to work with even when we encountered stumbling blocks. Maxwell was professional, knowledgeable and caring. He was always on top of the situation. Maxwell was a gem and we enjoyed working with him. He is an excellent agent of PennyMac.
