Better communication between the internal teams to get a prompt answer to simple questions. We had to delay our closing because the communication about when to make a payment on the existing loan was not answered on time and incorrect information was given.

LaRonda was great to work with and very prompt and helpful with her responses. The only area that I rated a little lower was regarding the expectations around the water test, and that was not a direct result of LaRonda’s communications. The water test was a requirement that we were informed o go before we were connected with LaRonda, and it was not clear that the sample had to be collected by a third party.
