Terrible communication. I was told repeatedly that my loan had been approved and then I was continually asked for more and more documents. All the way up until the day before the signing, the document was then provided overnight (as I too work for a living). My Signing was then canceled and I never received any notification of that. Very unprofessional, did not return my calls timely. Documents were requested multiple times after providing what was needed. Asked to speak with manager. Manager never returned my call. Overall horrible experience.
Communication was lacking, I would have to check the online portal to see if new documents were needed instead of just a quick phone call that I needed to upload new documents. The "MyTeam" could never help me or answer questions and rarely knew anything about my situation. My closing documents had an incorrect middle initial which was called in and notified by the onsite notary and we were insured over the phone it would be corrected. The process was fast and easy. The team was great. Everyone I spoke to were professional and easy to work with.
I had a great team of LOAN Officers who was able to assist me in everything and in every direction I needed to go. When I had a Computer Problem or Douc Sign, someone was there to walk me the step by step, the underwriter and the Closing Officer performed a Great Job whenever I had a question I made a call and got the answer right away. The Mac Team Served Me Well And 8 Will Highly Recommend This Company To Anyone I Know That Is Trying To Purchase Some Property.
It was a trying to get my mortgage payment lower than what it is now
Better communication between the internal teams to get a prompt answer to simple questions. We had to delay our closing because the communication about when to make a payment on the existing loan was not answered on time and incorrect information was given.
LaRhonda made the process easy to navigate. She was consistent in her follow up. She was always very pleasant and professional.
