I was not kept apprised of the process as much as I would have liked. It's like I was put on a "follow up" calendar call, but when the call, incomplete and slightly inaccurate information was provided. The loan process was too long (granted COVID-19 may have contributed), the numbers for the certified check were not the numbers that the Title company provided, they listed my husband on more documents than I expected.

All and all we feel it was a pretty solid process just that it took much longer then we were first communicated. We got a number of emails that would say 5-7 and then in 5-7 days we would get a similar email. W There were problems with the appraiser and the documentation and that not being accurate which impacted us and it felt that things were expedited as quickly as they could have been. We recognize Covid-19 may have had an impact of that. Will and Greg were super friendly and helpful

I paid my morgage twice due to not having my old morgage payment canceled before closing. I'm sure that will be resolved soon. That and the law firm was a bit unprofessional. But no problems on penny mac's side at all. Great service from all agents.
