Communication..... there was none.... never returned calls or emails and the closing time was changed two hours before.... nobody ever called... so I took time off work for nothing .... not happy at all !!!!!!

There was a lot of miscommunication at the end of the loan process. Our closing disclosure and closing documents were sent to the wrong law firm and our lawyer did not have these documents on the day of our scheduled closing. We confirmed that Penny Mac had our chosen lawyer's information several times and well in advance, and still the "closer" sent the documents to the law firm contracted with Penny Mac. Our closing was scheduled at 9am EST and it was difficult to contact anyone at PennyMac

My closing documents were never accurate and my closing was not scheduled on 4/10/2020 as discussed with Eric Briggs, we missed a days work and the title company never showed up. We finally closed the following week. Glad its done...

John and his staff were clearly on point providing all relevant information requested the process was seamless and very easy communications were clear and concise and the closings were also very good
