My mortgage has been with the same company for a long time I have worked with them in the past it is always a very easy process. I feel it’s much more responsible to use the services by this company versus using outsourcing like lending tree or other types of those establishments

Lana was great with communication with my questions , but I felt there was a lack of communication in the team. I had to ask a lot of questions that I felt should have communicated to me. I wasn't aware of some requested documents until I asked ( found out someone was supposed to have contacted us, but didn't). Also had a mix up in time of closing requiring us to rearrange schedules twice ( not do to our fault). What I was told in the beginning by first contact person didn't hold up in the end
