I would like to say Erica was nice and helped as much as she could. BUT this covid-19 made things horrible and calls back a mission and just horrible. I’m sure though if the world was not going through this we would have been fine with closing and title company.

Lana was great with communication with my questions , but I felt there was a lack of communication in the team. I had to ask a lot of questions that I felt should have communicated to me. I wasn't aware of some requested documents until I asked ( found out someone was supposed to have contacted us, but didn't). Also had a mix up in time of closing requiring us to rearrange schedules twice ( not do to our fault). What I was told in the beginning by first contact person didn't hold up in the end
