The only thing I wish were communicated more clearly is that we could have gotten our own notary for closing. Having that option would have saved us some money.
So the reason I rated my experience as just okay there were a few times where the left hand seemed to not know what the right hand was doing. I was told they couldn't reach my employer so I couldn't close, when I called to explain we were all working from home, I was told it wasnt a big deal. Yet my closing the next day was cancelled according to my notary who had called the previous day to confirm. Horrible communication. Unable to reach loan agent, very delayed responses, or no response at all. Unclear direction on all moving parts, overall experience was unprofessional and unorganized.
I asked for copy of final closing disclosure and never received a response. Closing costs I was told to bring to table we’re not accurate.
Everything explained and went through as expected.
The people I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable.
