Carmelita was very helpful with accommodating us with closing our loan during the quarantine time.
The overall process was easy going and would recommend PennyMac Loan Services again. I would just suggest more communication when dealing with closing and sending documents for review ahead of time, as the first round of closing documents didn't have the correct names.

Ricardo and Tahirah were awesome! The initial process was the easiest mortgage application I’ve ever been through. All questions were answered promptly and the process went extremely smoothly especially in light of the challenging time we’re all facing. PennyMac is great!
