Carmelita was very helpful with accommodating us with closing our loan during the quarantine time.
The only thing I wish were communicated more clearly is that we could have gotten our own notary for closing. Having that option would have saved us some money.
So the reason I rated my experience as just okay there were a few times where the left hand seemed to not know what the right hand was doing. I was told they couldn't reach my employer so I couldn't close, when I called to explain we were all working from home, I was told it wasnt a big deal. Yet my closing the next day was cancelled according to my notary who had called the previous day to confirm.
