The next step was Brittany Claypool. She was always courteous, knowledgeable and communicated any questions I had promptly. Her communication was always clear and accurate. The closing process went exactly the way she explained it would be. Once again clear, precise and prompt.
The only "issue" was on me and the rep cleared that misunderstanding with a phone call.
