All of the individuals involved were very knowledgeable and professional. Big thank you for such an excellent service to Sydney and Clinton.
The staff through out the loan process were very friendly which made it an enjoyable experience.
I considered three companies for this refinance. The other two quoted higher interest rates, but when I told them I was going to go with PennyMac, suddenly they could offer me better rates. I appreciate the fact that PennyMac didn't play around. They offered me the best rate upfront. I don't have the time to negotiate and play games--that's why two other companies lost this opportunity. My loan closed in 10 days. TEN DAYS. I don't know of anyone else who's had that quick a turnaround.
Communication was inaccurate multiple times and closing was attempted one time and unsuccessful and then the next time it was late due to paperwork not arriving. Just not a great experience. Jason and Daily Webb were professional, excellent to speak with but overall the process did not go as expected and as communicated that it would.

At the beginning of the refi- that was initiated by PennyMac we were told that there would be no additional funds added to the loan. Day of closing that proved incorrect. $3,000 was added to the payoff amount. We signed bc we were told we could resend for 3 days. WE DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK WITH THOSE THREE DAYS. Therefore we now get to pay an additional $3000 on top of what we already owed. Sorry but that is how our experience went.
My loan specialist Tracy was very patient and pleasant, she kept me informed, and explained everything that was taking place step by step. At one point I felt like I had known her forever. It was certainly a pleasure working with her.👍😀 "WAY TO GO,TRACY"
