The service that was provided throughout the process was great and very personal to me
Process was very easy and fast.
Communication is not good. There were long hold times on the phone, I had to communicate with multiple people and information was confused. I could not reach people when I needed to speak to them. Messages that I left were not returned. When my employer was contacted, an incoherent message was left fast and mumbled, the call back phone number was not even understandable.
The entire loan process from start to finish was handled professionally and with an abundance of communication, which I greatly appreciate. PennyMac has an entire team dedicated to loan processing which makes getting any questions answered very simple and the loan process go very smoothly. I had PennyMac for my original loan and stuck with them for my refinance because the experience has been so good. Highly recommended!
Nichole helped with some questions I had about getting along.she was amazing and super nice .I highly recommend her to my friend and family.
