Not realizing we pd our taxes and telling us we had to pay this ridiculous amount of money because of appraisal when in fact it was our taxes. Fighting to get this reduced when if the investigated that would have seen it was our taxes that we did pay. Still waiting for a credit check

I was skeptical to use such a large company, but Gil and the MAC team were super helpful and helped me through all the steps on the phone. The loan closed even quicker than expected and was pretty painless. I will say the website could use some work. Not mobile friendly and often freezes when trying to access documents. Overall, happy with the service.
