Cameron made the initial process very easy. Communicated well. Gave good, clear instructions. Once he passed my loan onto the the MyMacteam person, it got worse. He didnt communicate much. I kept having to ask him what was going on and trying to understand next steps. No explanations, poor communication. The beginning with Cameron was great. The end with Paul was not good.
