they were fast very on point
We had lots of inaccurate and miscommunication. We Then the refinance department doesn't talk to the other department. So we get notices that we are delinquent on our mortgage even though we just went through the refinancing. so now we have to double check our credit reports to make sure there was nothing inaccurately reported. We get these stupid robot calls that say "Call us". Why can't you simply call us when needed? And not waste my time at work. Most frustrating Mortgage we have had.

Susan Aowrang is awesome. Even though I work in a secure building, and my cell phone often does not work during the day, Susan was always available to speak with me when we couldn't connect during my normal work hours.
My experience working with Jesse Ramon was a pleasure. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He kept the ball rolling and the process was completed in the time frame promised. I also thank Reid Wright who was my first point of contact, who explained the process with the upmost and honest professionalism. Cameron made the initial process very easy. Communicated well. Gave good, clear instructions. Once he passed my loan onto the the MyMacteam person, it got worse. He didnt communicate much. I kept having to ask him what was going on and trying to understand next steps. No explanations, poor communication. The beginning with Cameron was great. The end with Paul was not good.

Daily Webb was very patient, and helpful. We really appreciate all he did to help us get the best option for our situation.
