Had a closing setup and there was a no show. Had another appt setup to close and they asked for money to close when i had zero closing costs. the third attempt was also messed up as my partner was not on the deed as requested. However, the staff quickly jumped on all issues to help solve them. Still waiting on the deep update.

I wasn't notified promptly that my paperwork was incomplete and obviously that prolonged the loan processing time. Other than that I was very satisfied with everyone else and the whole refinancing experience over the phone and online. Thank you Penny Mac Team.

This is the second time I am refinancing through PennyMac. First time around the process went smoothly and great experience. This time, many times I was frustrated. Load officer - Steven Garcia - would not return my calls for days and I had to keep escalating to talk to someone. The automates messages would keep requesting me for documents. When I called the loan officer they would say it is not needed. Automated messages were annoying.

The length of time of the loan was not acceptable or expected. It was also not communicated. I want to make this clear, Cameron was great with his job, but the organization's time expectations and communications was terrible. The loan should not have taken this long to complete. I was only told at some point when I asked why the loan was help up that there was an issue.

Not realizing we pd our taxes and telling us we had to pay this ridiculous amount of money because of appraisal when in fact it was our taxes. Fighting to get this reduced when if the investigated that would have seen it was our taxes that we did pay. Still waiting for a credit check
