Documents were requested more than once. NOT happy with that at all, it wasted my time. It appears that PennyMac software prompts employees to call or email a client requesting information that has already been completed. The software has a delay to update the file or employees are not reviewing the case file prior to contacting a client. This makes PennyMac seem unorganized. Better communication, respond in a timely manner. Just people do their job. I had to contact the VA for the appraisal because the VA had sent two email to PennyMac stating the appraisal was completed and the emails were ignored. This cause delays on the whole process.
