Molly was amazing in her customer service support. Very professional and friendly at the same time. John Willbanks is also truly a gentleman and an amazing loan processor. He is truly a great asset like Molly for the company. The issue was really with the funding department who dropped the ball when they received the final closing documents by loosing the documents and thus delaying the funding process until one week later after the closing. This is unprofessional.
This refinance process was the quickest and easiest experience I've ever had. Everyone one I spoke to was helpful and professional and always had an answer to every question. 10 Stars!
From start to finish PennyMac was just a phone call away. I've been telling everyone to go to PennyMac. Michael and Jenny were great! But it didn't matter who answered the phone they were all helpful!
Everything was as expected!
Lauren was awesome! We had some issues with the closing documents though. At the very beginning I was dissed to be put first on the loan to avoid the VA Funding fee, but that didn’t happen until right at the end when everything had to be re-done. However, Lauren worked very hard for us and was very helpful through the issues we had.
Not everyone is computer literate and maybe you need to understand that and offer other ways to get you the information!
