Great experience
after getting all the paperwork together and sending it in the process was very easy and it was nice to have LaRonda be the 1 contact person to keep us informed and that we could ask her questions.
Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt to answer our questions. All in all great service.
Lauren was awesome! We had some issues with the closing documents though. At the very beginning I was dissed to be put first on the loan to avoid the VA Funding fee, but that didn’t happen until right at the end when everything had to be re-done. However, Lauren worked very hard for us and was very helpful through the issues we had.
The closing cost significantly changed from what I was told at the very beginning. I was told is was a streamlined FHA refi and that it only would cost the $100 application fee. Yet, this was not the case.

I was told by loan officer I was getting several thousand back (@$9000) when I agreed on the phone to the recorded session. When it came time to send in bank statements, I was to BRiNG @$10,000 to closing. Then when closing came, I was only getting a couple hundred back. Very confusing and defeating experience.
