First person told me no other documents. Then next step they are asking for my tax returns from previous years which they told me I would not need to provide as it was streamlined. Annoying more than anything so I refused to supply anything more. Other then that it was smooth.

It was very hard trying to get a hold of the team assigned to my refi. Poor communication and closing documentation was inaccurate. You should reach out to your customers prior to closing to go over the information and make sure there are no errors or questions. You should also have your managers reach out to your customers in a timely manner.

Better communication, respond in a timely manner. Just people do their job. I had to contact the VA for the appraisal because the VA had sent two email to PennyMac stating the appraisal was completed and the emails were ignored. This cause delays on the whole process.
