WAS EXPLAINED IN TERMS THAT I UNDERSTOOD
Great service and quick close
Communication was just awful. The left hand did not know what the right hand did. Constantly having to call in to speak to my agent who never returned my calls. Overall, a lengthy and unpleasant experience.
Kiera was very calm and knowledgeable. She made it a painless process.
The entire process, lack of communication, repeated requests of documentation, and length of time from start to finish was unacceptable and unprofessional.
Title company was the reason for delayed closing.
Someone who knew what was going on and relayed that to me. Having my closing documents correct and ready on time. Telling me how much I need to close. I had to call the title company on the way to closing to find out we’ how much I needed for closing
Communication. I feel I spoke to too many different people. I recieved no help with the documents and the portal. I had to request assistance more than once. It would have been better to have had one point person to answer my questions and request documents. It would have neen nice to have had my phone calls and emails answered in a timly fashion. On line portal was very difficult to manuver. I know we are all on line but I had no one to help me without calling and calling.
