I had to do the process twice because the first time pennymac team didnt communicate properly amongst it's self and ended up putting me a difficult financial situation, and we missed out on the discounts being offered by pennymac because of this. The second time we attempted the refi process Cynthia and Justin made sure to be on top of every step and ensured a much smoother process. Elyccia was very un personable. She did not communicate and when she did it was cold. She asked for the same documents 3 time and i know they were there because i called and the rep told me. She did not communicate the process. She also stated she was going to email documents i did not received. Then when i called the next day and asked she said she didn't say that.
