Great knowledge staff
Victor was great to work with. The previous individuals were not.
I had to do the process twice because the first time pennymac team didnt communicate properly amongst it's self and ended up putting me a difficult financial situation, and we missed out on the discounts being offered by pennymac because of this. The second time we attempted the refi process Cynthia and Justin made sure to be on top of every step and ensured a much smoother process. I understand that Covid probably affected service, but it took 6 months to get my refi through. That's a long time.
The customer service I received from each person I spoke to throughout the process, made this experience GREAT!
The process was easy from start to finish. I got what I asked for in the refinance and always had someone willing to answer questions.
