Elyccia was very un personable. She did not communicate and when she did it was cold. She asked for the same documents 3 time and i know they were there because i called and the rep told me. She did not communicate the process. She also stated she was going to email documents i did not received. Then when i called the next day and asked she said she didn't say that.
