Everything went as planned
EVERYTHING!!!! NO ONE LISTENED TO WHAT WAS NOT ACCURATE....ESPECIALLY OUR CREDIT RATING AND THE APPRAISAL ..IT WASN'T EVEN OUR HOME....AND, WE HAD TO PAY $445. FOR THE APPRAISAL! THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION WAS DISHONEST AND NOW WE ARE TRYING TO GET THE APPRAISER TO CALL US. OF COURSE, HE HAS NOT!

I am not a very "easy" grader. Recent experiences with other financial services providers I used to rely on have been unexpectedly unpleasant. BUT the experience at PennyMac was very good.
