It would have been a better experience if I could have closed when expected. The delay cost me more and the reason for the delay was ridiculous.

When Chase was not able to provide with certain documents, Paulina promptly reverted to me and sought my help without going back and forth with Chase. This would have delayed the closing further. I had a wonderful stress-free closing. Want to thank the team for their help in this matter.

Not have to reschedule closing three times due to negligence in apperwotk on pennymac's behalf and have better communication from my loan officer when requesting and attempting to speak with them.
