The process was quick and easy. All my questions were answered and Maliaka was very nice.

Polina handled the loan process very professionally. She called me every week to update me on where we're we on the process. When Chase was not able to provide with certain documents, Paulina promptly reverted to me and sought my help without going back and forth with Chase. This would have delayed the closing further. I had a wonderful stress-free closing. Want to thank the team for their help in this matter.
Not have to reschedule closing three times due to negligence in apperwotk on pennymac's behalf and have better communication from my loan officer when requesting and attempting to speak with them.
