I had to do the process twice because the first time pennymac team didnt communicate properly amongst it's self and ended up putting me a difficult financial situation, and we missed out on the discounts being offered by pennymac because of this. The second time we attempted the refi process Cynthia and Justin made sure to be on top of every step and ensured a much smoother process. It was like pulling teeth to speak to someone who was knowledgeable. I kept getting emails to take action, saw nothing online or the site was down for over a week, then when I called and waited forever to speak to someone, they'd tell me no action is needed. I only heard from Nayely twice and that's after I complained to a manager, after asking to speak with a manager several times. It would have been a better experience if I could have closed when expected. The delay cost me more and the reason for the delay was ridiculous.
