The process was very smooth and communication via email and phone was great. We appreciated the convenience of having a mobile notary come to us and being able to do everything else online.

Maybe due to short staff but sometimes difficult to get a clear idea of what was going on.
I feel that I was not properly informed that two of my current loans would be satisfied or paid off. One had already been paid off by me and the other was at a .9% interest rate.
The numbers were very competitive and above all you kept your word when you made a promise. Also always available when I needed answers.
The customer portal needs some work with regards to loading documents that are not specifically associated with a task, but Paul was great! He was always quick to answer any questions I had and got back to me the same day if he was unavailable when I called.
No problem getting in touch with people. Very pleased with process.
