Everything was made as clear and convenient to me. Jessica was pleasant to talk to me and made me feel comfortable with the process
The Attorney made the process great. Her professionalism and communication made for an efficient closing.
Everything was very smooth. In the final phone call before closing, however, I was told that my monthly payment would be around $726 and I was to get $1100 back that I was to go over with the notary how I would like that refunded. My payment is more around $750 and there was no refund. Which both are fine because I would have just reapplied any refund to my loan, but the information should be uniform for no unexpected surprises and confusion.
