It was good to have a Team from PennyMac to support and answer my questions regardless of the number of times I asked.
I lowered my interest rate and monthly payment.
Better communication. Being able to always talk to the same person and not having to keep repeating myself. When the process initiated, we were never told that we would be handed off to another individual, or team. We should have had that explanation instead of a phone call from a stranger.
Underwriting process took too long.

I have a VA loan. Pennymac made the entire experience, from to start-to-finish, fast, easy, and overall fantastic. The process only took about 2 weeks. I was able to lock in my rate extremely fast which was a decrease of 1% from my original rate. This will result in significant savings. Thank you for everything.
Good experience with PennyMac
All aspects of the loan were for the most part closed profiently, there was pretty good communication. However, the closing costs were a bit high and tended to fluctuate.
