Joe was awesome!! But PennyMac needs to get their stuff lined out! Took 45 days longer than it should have to close the second time. The first 60 days they waited until 10 day before we were supposed to close and needed more docs. That took 14 days to get…. Second 60 all paperwork was in and had to get an extension, nobody but Joe knew what was going on, and stayed on everyone.

I've used pennymac several times now and have never been disappointed. Everything was done electronically, efficiently and accurately. I don't know why anyone would not benefit from their services.

Not having the client contact agencies which the mortgage company (PENNYMAC) should do. In my case I had to contact the title company in which pennymac selected to ease the process. Also have a better program and documenting system for clients documents. I was asked over and over again for the same document by different members of the team. Wasting a client's times as well as pennymec employees is just unprofessional and wasteful.
