I have a VA loan. Pennymac made the entire experience, from to start-to-finish, fast, easy, and overall fantastic. The process only took about 2 weeks. I was able to lock in my rate extremely fast which was a decrease of 1% from my original rate. This will result in significant savings. Thank you for everything.
I want to be clear. Much of my grievances are not with Frank. I feel he did as good of a job as he could. My issues are with the Load agent who took my information. I did not want to refinance and it was based on a cold call I gave it a shot. I gave very specific conditions to why I wanted to refinance which included no cash at closing.
