Everything was very smooth. In the final phone call before closing, however, I was told that my monthly payment would be around $726 and I was to get $1100 back that I was to go over with the notary how I would like that refunded. My payment is more around $750 and there was no refund. Which both are fine because I would have just reapplied any refund to my loan, but the information should be uniform for no unexpected surprises and confusion.

Communication was lacking as our loan application initially was canceled without our knowledge, for no good reason and no explanation. We waited several weeks thinking it was being reviewed and no one notified us it had been canceled.
There was a long period of time i asked for multiple phones calls back and they were never returned

The overall process was great. I gave the agent 0 because I didn’t talk to her. I think she was out of office and we actually dealt with other people. Who was great btw
