all was well and exciting
Communication was lacking as our loan application initially was canceled without our knowledge, for no good reason and no explanation. We waited several weeks thinking it was being reviewed and no one notified us it had been canceled.
There was a long period of time i asked for multiple phones calls back and they were never returned
The process was easy and fast . They lowered my payment after I refinance my house...
My loan was closed with the expected rate in single call. Joe did an awesome job..
It was very easy and much faster than the estimate that was given.
The overall process was great. I gave the agent 0 because I didn’t talk to her. I think she was out of office and we actually dealt with other people. Who was great btw
