Excellent experience from start to finish!
Communication was lacking as our loan application initially was canceled without our knowledge, for no good reason and no explanation. We waited several weeks thinking it was being reviewed and no one notified us it had been canceled.
I've used pennymac several times now and have never been disappointed. Everything was done electronically, efficiently and accurately. I don't know why anyone would not benefit from their services.

Not having the client contact agencies which the mortgage company (PENNYMAC) should do. In my case I had to contact the title company in which pennymac selected to ease the process. Also have a better program and documenting system for clients documents. I was asked over and over again for the same document by different members of the team. Wasting a client's times as well as pennymec employees is just unprofessional and wasteful.
