Loan officer was great. Did have a problem with property taxes being too high, but was worked out. Loan officer communicated with us frequently and advised us of every step. Great loan officer to work with.

Overall, this was the best experience that I've had with a mortgage lender in a long while.
Elyccia did very well in providing us information and telling us what to expect. Nothing was said about how long it would be to complete the process, but it moved along pretty smoothly. The process was not perfect, but overall it was d*** good. Ted & Cheryl Kayes
