Everything and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the loan process. The closing lady was very professional and courteous. She was also very knowledgeable of her job. Made us feel really good about our loan process and the company.

Mr. Fryer is very knowledgeable and professional, he answered all questions promptly and if he didn’t have immediate an answer, he informed he would find out from upper echelon and got back with me in a timely manner. I would definitely refer PennyMac and Mr Fryer to family and friends. He’s a true asset to his department and Company

It was a cluster...first no appraisal needed, then it was needed. Closing g costs were very high, interesting rate quote was higher than first quoted. Loan was denied after 2 months because of wrong info which Penny Mac was notified about...then loan was back on...then the closing date kept getting g pushed back...almost stopped the process a few times because of all the screw ups. Would I use Penny Mac again....not sure...sorry but it is what it is!

I was still charged a small appraisal fee, but they used my previous appraisal that was done through someone else. Also process took over 2 months to complete.
