Process from start to finish was very easy.
Juaniesha was very hard to understand, not very friendly, was not personable. Seemed like she was just going through the motions, saying what she had to say with unpleasantry and detest for the situation. Refinancing was supposed to be exciting, but working with her was a hassle and burden.

Already having a mortgage with Penny Mac I felt comfortable trusting them with an online application for a refi. The application was filled out over the phone and I only had to submit the usual docs. Closing happened within a couple of weeks and the Title Co sent the notary to our house. Very streamlimed process, happy to work with them 👍🏼
