only issue is: Penny Mac was to buy out my mortage loan through MT&T but MT&T still took out mortgage for the Month of Jan 2022 when my closing was Dec 24, 2021. I thought I would not have to pay mortgage again until Feb 2022 through Penny Mac

Juaniesha was very hard to understand, not very friendly, was not personable. Seemed like she was just going through the motions, saying what she had to say with unpleasantry and detest for the situation. Refinancing was supposed to be exciting, but working with her was a hassle and burden.
Jon Paider was a godsend to us during this loan process, I had been bounced around between loan agents, and some were downright rude; I’m looking at YOU Tara, but when Jon was assigned to us, he was a total lifesaver. He was polite, kind, extremity knowledgeable, and really saved the entire experience for us. Already having a mortgage with Penny Mac I felt comfortable trusting them with an online application for a refi. The application was filled out over the phone and I only had to submit the usual docs. Closing happened within a couple of weeks and the Title Co sent the notary to our house. Very streamlimed process, happy to work with them 👍🏼
