The expectations that PennyMAC set were as discussed. The problems we experienced were with the Title Company, who failed to provide all of the appropriate documents at closing to be signed.
It was great working with PennyMac.Its crystal clear and the process was smooth. Their process made it close in time.Their interest rates and lender credits are best in the market also
