There was something communicated to me before closing that was not accurate but it was fixed when I called and talk to someone in the office and during the closing.
It was very fast
Brittany was fine but the loan officer was not very helpful. My initial application from PennyMac was withdrawn by PennyMac without contacting me. I am thinking about contacting the CFPB as this caused the need to reapply for a mortgage and led to longer closing times. Again the loan was withdrawn with no contact EVER being made. No reparations were made to correct the situation to me. Communication was at a high level every step of the way
The team was informative, professional and friendly. Things were a little hectic (I am assuming because of the holidays) but they got it done. My rate and payments are lower. I highly recommend PennyMac
