Everything was done efficiently and in a timely manner.
I told everyone from the application process to closing about one payee changing for student loan. I included documentation of the change. I received the incorrect check so title company is having to stop pmt & reissue. Please listen to the client and follow up if any questions.

There was a hiccup with my closing due to a vesting schedule. Nayley was able to get in contact with me loan agent and adjust my cash to close since it would be pushed out a week. She was very helpful and fixed the issue ASAP.
