There were several people who were very helpful in my loan process. Tynisha Robinson was my regular phone contact at the end of the process; I would also like to thank Angelica Williams, who helped me during the appraisal, and Christine Mikesell, the signing agent, who of course was the only person I actually met in person; others were polite and professional. Most of our business is concluded, it's mostly waiting for the paperwork to catch up now. Thanks Everybody..
The expectations that PennyMAC set were as discussed. The problems we experienced were with the Title Company, who failed to provide all of the appropriate documents at closing to be signed.
