I appreciated the phone contact and Interaction. However, I feel that too many different people tried to interact either by phone or email. I was not sure if the person I was talking to was actually from your company. Too many hands in the process asking for the same things caused me to feel uneasy. I didn't like the idea of someone sending me a document to sign that posted an amount higher than what I first started with. The process after that went well.
