Really great process
The process from start to finish was completely done over the phone and online in a very professional and timely manner. The closing process exceeded my expectations. I definitely would highly recommend PenneyMac.
continually came back with more things that had to be done to be approved halfway through the process. Closing amount was wrong 3 times and was told we will need M.O. at closing.. Didn't need the funds according to closing docs. I had to constantly follow up because they were emailing incorrect information.
