Having a loan processor go over the documents as you are expected to sign for any questions that arise during the process of signing. Since the notary can not advise or state what the documentation means or is referring to.

I called Penny MAC out curiosity if I could lower my APR and get a better deal on my home loan. Needless to say they not only lowered it but cut it in half! The process was painless and went smoothly. Highly Recommend!!
