Sandi and the Pennymac team were great during the entire process. Ken was also easy to work with from the beginning of the process.
Super easy, this is the second refinance I have done through penny mac and it was easy the first time and even easier the second time. Brittany helped make it so stressless and easy!!!

Our loan officer Irwing that was assigned to us after the first loan was fired, or left on his own. The points that we paid on the loan costing us over $10,000 was way out of line and should have explained to us and not hidden away in the disclosures that I am not expecting to find surprises in. Irwing took this refinance and reconfigured it to fit what would benefit himself and Pennymac never explaining to us what was going on and why. We paid way too many points.
