Excellent communication from Austin Fendler in Loan processing. He was prompt and thorough in answering any questions or concerns throughout the loan process.
Elyccia was extremely helpful and professional, as well as friendly. She answered all my questions and kept me up to date on each stage of the loan process. Sometimes the phone connection was stuttering and hard to hear her, but I don't know if it was my connection or hers. Regardless I was able to figure out what she meant.
Some time was hard to contact t the team over the phone, everything else was great
