Great to work with
The problem I had was closing was at my house on Friday at 10 am so took the day off. Waited all day. Got a message at 7:45 pm the night before that an attorney had not been secured. The 10 am closing that was moved to 1 pm then 7pm and no show. Finally got the attorney for 1pm Saturday, after much insistence. Quick close but I didn't get a copy of the papers and told I would get a CD. Everything else was very smooth but the closing was unacceptable. Nicholas was great to work with.
