He was professional, yet personable. I never dreamed at My elder age refinancing made sense, but I lowered our monthly expenses and it was a breeze doing so.
Penny Mac responded to my emails and phone calls promptly. They gave me a good rate. They gave me good expectations at the beginning of the process on what to expect during the loan process. Their online loan process made it it to post and review documents and to check the status of the loan.
