The experience was great because it was simply explained just as it is listed in the advertising, every PennyMac representative had my feelings and not just my mortgage in mind.
Monica was FANTASTIC! I wish I could give her a higher rating. She responded to all my call and was able to answer all of my questions. She did a great job. Honestly if it wasn’t for her, I would of cancelled and went somewhere else. This was my second try at refinancing through penny Mac, the first one didn’t go through and was cancelled by penny Mac for some reason. I still don’t know why it was. Mona was absolutely great. I asked A LOT of questions and she was able to answer them all for me

Fast, easy process, with a great rate.
I work in a place where I don't always have my cell phone and asked to be have communications through email. Despite this, I kept receiving phone calls instead of email to discuss my loan.
Nathan always answered any questions I had promptly during the process and made it more clear to me when he would explain it. I liked that I could summit any forms online in their portal. My experience was great during the process and would highly recommend PennyMac to anyone looking for a quick process and best interest rates. Communication is lacking. It's impossible to call and get someone on the phone who can answer questions and provide an update. Once my loan application was established, anytime I called I was automatically sent to my loan processor who never answered her phone and returned my voicemails 1-2 days later. When I did get her on the phone, she did answer all my questions and provided me with accurate information. She was out of the office for over a week and I was not able to talk with anyone.
Great experience from beginning to end.
