Hello. #1 I felt that I was told initially that the closing cost would be zero. I did not write down my initial loan processors name. #2 docs were not ready because a mistake was found. For that I am happy about. #3 new signing day was set and the notary was not in possession of the new docs; and the notary company DID NOT CALL ME TO INFORM ME. Bad business!!

The loan process took over a month longer than expected. I received several emails indicating I needed to take action regarding documents when in fact I had already done everything required. I received multiple (about 6) payoff demand statements in the mail. I was not paying flood insurance for the loan I refinanced (also a Pennymac loan), and I disagree with the requirement to purchase flood insurance for the refinance. I was notified very late in the process that flood insurance was needed.

Very helpful. I was impressed how they were with me every step of the way. As a Veteran it's nice to have an establishment that actually cares and shows it.
