I work in a place where I don't always have my cell phone and asked to be have communications through email. Despite this, I kept receiving phone calls instead of email to discuss my loan.

Penny Mac loan officers were very professional and take the required time to answer your questions. They do not throw a bunch of information at you and leave you wondering what was said. They are a good company in my experience to deal with.

Despite some minor confusion with requesting some documents multiple times, the entire process went fairly smooth. Any questions I had or any time I requested an update outside of the expected update timeframes were answered within one or two business days. I am glad to have worked with PennyMac again!

Most of the Penny Mac team were fantastic to work with on my refinance. One of the team was so unpleasant to work with I would have dropped the process however Penny Mac listened and provided a new person, Nicholas, who was excellent. All in all the process went very smoothly and I saved a lot of money in the end.
