It would have been better if the loan officer was upfront and truthful with me that there would be closing cost. In addition, lack of communication when I tried to call my loan officer and his team because there was a closing cost associated with my refinance. Called numerous times and left messages, emails, etc, were ignored until a week later. Totally unacceptable for a company to not get back with an urgent message. Will not recommend to my colleagues for any type of mortgage.
When requesting the loan it was not explained to me that we were paying to buy points and no other options were presented to us. Nicholas would call at odd times to secure the opportunity to leave a message. When we could answer, he reciting the same message and was quick to try to hang up not asking if we we had any questions when we did to which he seemed annoyed. We had to reach out to Billy ourselves for questions. He then stopped calling and would just send emails. Very unprofessional.
The staff were very knowledgeable and were extremely easy to work with. BEST experience I have ever had buying or refinancing a home.
Refinance process was simple and to the point. It was awesome that I didn't have to gather all those documents I needed during my initial loan process. Gathering documents can be very tedious at times.
