Great experience!
My loan officer Nathan was well-informed, personable and communicated the process very well. Before I called Nathan I had a loan approval from another lender and I decided to try to get a matched offer from Penney mac, which is my current mortgage holder. Nathan quickly got me a better interest rate at my desired term with out PMI saving me 50K in total payments, which retained me as a current customer. I highly recommend Nathan and Penney Mac.

I am very happy with the rate and the speed to closing, so the end result was great. The issue was that when we got down to the last 2-3 weeks of closing, there was very little communication. Before that time, I would get a call back within 24 hours. So at the critical time when I was very concerned about having everything done in time, I was getting no information. I would email and leave messages and never hear back. Happy, but wish the last part had been more interactive.
Nick's customer service in impeccable! He checked in with me, at least once per week. I have NEVER had anything but strictly professional and knowledgeable experiences with PennyMac. We are so thankful to do business with a company that knows their stuff. Again, THANK YOU NICK, for all of your help. Be Blessed!
