Communication...there was pretty much none. Pretty tough getting through to a loan officer. Once I was connected, that went ok getting prequalified and such but once it got pushed to loan specialist, it was pretty much silence. I reached out and there were no updates, communcation on closing etc. I then received disclosures with a closing date that was way off the September date originally communicated. There wasn’t a call to explain or even see if it works. Docs were off And never got updated
Yes I truly appreciate Ignacio from the loans department For his help and his Supervisor Olive for their help ... Very good customer service and I will highly recommend Pennymac . Thank you Catherine Ortiz
Being able to go through this process from home and when it was convenient for us was a huge benefit.
The service provided was very professional.
Beth did a good job communicating with me; however, when she had to take some leave to care for a family member, PennyMac dropped the ball. No one picked up the slack and I had no communication with PennyMac. I called several times only to get a voice machine and no call back and sent multiple emails with no response as well. When Beth returned from her emergency leave, she had to pick up the fumbled football and finally get me to close on 8/14/20 (when I was scheduled to close 8/10/20).
