Nicholas Hagan was totally professional and absolutely amazing! This is my 5th house and 5th re-fi so I'm very familiar with the process. Nicholas followed up with weekly phone calls to let me know things were progressing on schedule and asked if I had any questions. I had to go out of town to visit my daughter and he assured me I could close on time with a mobile notary. It was a smooth and amazing process. Bonus I got the lowest re-fi rate available! It was hard to get a hold of someone to talk to. The notary guy was sent to wrong address. They have my bosses number to notary guy to confirm my appointment. 2 weeks after closing, I was told my credit score dropped dramatically because my original loan was on forbearance and PennyMac did not advise me to cancel it before refinance which caused the previous lender report me as a late payment. I did try and called a few people before posting my feedback however no one really cared to help
Overall experience was great. No complications, no hidden agendas. Quick, simple, and easy!
Great experience. The only thing that wasn’t communicated was that we would need a witness for signing the closing documents until 30 minutes before our scheduled closing time. Luckily, our neighbor was able to be a witness.

I called about the closing money needed to close being wrong on several occasions. Each time I was told it would be corrected. Even called during closing and this time no one called me back. Sent a few emails that were never responded to. Julian was very cordial and helpful when I called to be honest but the cash at closing never got fixed until 5 days after the closing.
Julian is very personal and professional. He walked me through the entire process. Always there to answer any questions I had. Thanks Julian.
